For those who are experienced on the Bernie Dialer: You all are busy with work, school and families. Look at your calendar and find a few minutes each day to phone bank. Put that time in your calendar as a reminder. Saturday and Sunday are great times to make extended calls. If you are new to Bernie calling, then please join Carol McCracken for a 30 minute Workshop promptly at the beginning of each event. She will focus on training on the Bernie Dialer. The subsequent calling party is a great opportunity for everyone to connect with other Bernie supporters.

Brain injury is more common than people realize and is one of the most “invisible” disabilities in our communities. Brain injury can include traumatic brain injuries, stroke, injury due to loss of oxygen, infections, and a variety of other events. It can cause an array of cognitive, emotional, and physical challenges that can derail careers, stress individuals and their families, and without appropriate supports and treatment, can lead to a host of other issues. Join us to discuss how we can create a more brain injury-friendly community. Learn about brain injury, what it’s like living with one, what helps, and how our community can better support our neighbors and friends who have experienced a brain injury.

Temporary help desk job for the Indiana Voter Registration System
The start date will be March 30th and end date will be May 8th. It will be $20/hr 30 hrs a week. Also, it would need to be someone who is not currently working for any political candidates due to the subject matter of the position.
Help Desk Analyst responsibilities
· Serve as the first contact with customers who need assistance via the phone or email
· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve or log software issues
· Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service
· Document and redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
· Provide needed information on PCC products and services
· Keep record of problems and their resolution
· Follow-up with customers
· Other duties as assigned
Help Desk Analyst requirements
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Customer-oriented and patient
· Minimum of a High School Diploma and/or 1-year Election or Campaign Finance Experience
· Previous Election Administration experience preferred
· Hands on experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
· Previous working experience as a Help Desk Analyst preferred
