County Councilwoman Jill Lesh and City Councilwoman Susan Sandberg will hold their monthly City-County Citizens' Breakfast on Thursday, October 8, from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. at the Village Deli, 409 E. Kirkwood. The guest is United Way Director, Barry Lessow, on the topic "Trends in Charitable Giving" and the impact on social service delivery in Monroe County.
